Living in faith, hope and Love 
Discouragement! That’s what stops me. Although, the thing i ask for has been modified over the years.. but discouragement is a big reason for not asking.
Ok, one might pray for .. say a husband. 🙂 However, that has turned into .. well, just a really good, decent male friend.a REAL friend, not just someone who pretends to be your friend.. . that has a relationship with God. Of course this continues.. well, if that good male friend would be my friend forever…??? Is that so difficult?
Discouragement.. that’s what it comes down to.
I feel as if I do not need to ask him for anything more. I have everything that I need. At this point, I only ask Him things for the needs of other people. You see, I am a cancer survivor! What else can I ask for? Have a great day!
A truly eternal view. I.E., complete faith and trust in Jesus. No worry about what is going to happen.
